INGREDIENTS

 ½ Avocado, mashed
 2 slices Whole Grain Bread
 2 Eggs, Large
 1 oz Feta Cheese
 ½ Lime, squeezes
 5 sprigs Cilantro, fresh
 8 Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
 ½ tsp Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (Trader Joe's)
 1 Pinch Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, add avocado peeled, cilantro, salt, seasoning, and half of the tomatoes. Mash well with a fork until it is of guacamole consistency. Set Aside

Cook eggs sunny-side up. I don't think I need to explain how to do this Do I?

Toast bread, and assemble adding half the avocado mixture.

Top each toast with the egg, add feta cheese, the remaining tomatoes, and garnish with cilantro
