INGREDIENTS

 4 oz Chicken Breast, Cooked, diced
 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
 1 oz Cream Cheese, softened
 2 slices Whole Grain Bread (large size)
 1 Tomato, Roma, sliced
 4 Leafs Romaine Lettuce
 ¼ cup Alfalfa Sprouts
 1 tbsp Mustard

DIRECTIONS

On Bread slice, spread cream cheese (previously softened in the microwave if needed) and add a layer of the diced chicken

Top with tomato, a layer of mustard, lettuce, sprouts, and the other slice of bread

If you like it hot, place on the grill for 2 minutes on each side.

Wrap to avoid a messy sandwich, cut in half.
